Counters, without an identity form
The demo and survey request no name, email address or phone number. Page displays, demo opens, PDF downloads and survey responses are counted by day, action type and predefined source channel. No free text, IP address or individual identifier is stored in this counters database.
These figures measure interactions, not unique people. A favourable opinion is neither an order nor a commitment to buy.
File access after payment
The download flow uses a technical session cookie to retrieve an order's files in this browser. It serves only that access, never advertising. The demo and survey work without this cookie.
Flame mode is optional. Only its on or off setting is remembered in this tab, without notes or personal data.
The orders database stores transaction identifiers, amount, currency, date and payment status to authorise downloads and account for refunds or disputes. It is separate from the counters. This site's server stores no card number. The email address provided at payment is stored in encrypted form solely to deliver the files and track the technical status of the delivery. It is never used for marketing.
The site is being prepared by Jordan Morel for Digital Workout SASU, a company in formation. Details of the Digital Workout sole proprietorship: SIREN 950971838; SIRET 95097183800012. These identifiers do not belong to the future SASU. Payment and delivery terms will be published before sales open.
Delivery and contact
To deliver an order, the access link is sent through AgentMail. This service receives the order’s email address and the content of the delivery email. Technical sender: ludenote-delivery@agentmail.to. Ludenote contact: support@mail.ludenote.com.
Technical logs
The hosting platform may process technical information needed for its operation in its own logs. This page does not describe the platform's retention policy.
The pilot project
The counters help evaluate this first version. Opening sales requires seller-specific information and an updated policy before taking payments.
